SecureLoad is the world’s first web-based loading computer and stowage planner, built to transform how vessels manage maritime operations. This next-generation solution brings together German reliability and Indian software excellence, enabling smarter, safer, and more efficient maritime operations.
As Business Development Manager – SecureLoad, you will lead our expansion efforts and drive revenue growth, with a strong focus on the European market. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute the SecureLoad sales strategy aligned
- Engage with ship owners, operators and shipyards to showcase SecureLoad
- Delivering impactful product demonstrations to highlight technical value and ROI
- Coordinate with SecureLoad’s local sales team to drive joint go-to-market activities
- Prepare compelling proposals, manage RFQs, lead technical-commercial negotiations
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets (pipeline, orders, revenue)
- Provide market insights to refine sales tactics and product features
- Represent SecureLoad at industry events and trade shows (e.g. Breakbulk Europe, local conferences)
